Florida Center for Nursing — Concept Campaign

A self-initiated campaign for Florida's state nursing workforce center: one loud idea per piece, built on FCN's own navy and yellow.

FCN turns workforce research into action, from awareness to event registration. I designed a system that works across print, data and social, and made it feel handmade (paper, tape, grain, real photos) so research reads as human.

The system

The system: FCN's real palette plus two campaign accents, pinned up with the pieces it produced.

Print and data

Research brief: FCN's 2022–2037 projections on one page. Taped stat cards, a marked-up chart, every figure sourced.
Newsletter: "Workforce Update" as a cut-and-paste zine, built from real USF College of Nursing stories.
Trifold, outside: faculty recruitment as a teacher's notebook. Sticky-note stats, an index-card contact panel.
Trifold, inside: checklists, taped polaroids and circled steps.

Events

Event kit: a two-color riso summit identity across poster, post, story and badge. Date and venue are placeholders.

Social

Campaign key visual: an editorial collage of the nursing pipeline.
National Nurses Week: a thank-you post for May 6–12.
Heritage quote card: Florence Nightingale, 1868, over a public-domain lithograph.
Quote card: Nightingale's May 1872 address to her nurses.
Faculty recruitment: a call for nurse educators.
Engagement post: invites Florida nurses to share why they chose nursing.
